Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store by consumers and businesses.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
A business is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity when entering into a legal transaction.
With regard to businesses: If the business uses conflicting or supplementary terms and conditions, their validity is hereby rejected unless expressly agreed otherwise.
2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with:

By listing products in the online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items.
You may initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided during the ordering process.
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button.
Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
3. Contract Language and Storage of Contract Text
The language(s) available for concluding the contract: German, English
We store the contract text and send you the order data and our Terms and Conditions in text form.
For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.
4. Delivery Conditions
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply. Further details on possible shipping costs can be found in the respective product offers.
We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of goods is not possible.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
SEPA Direct Debit
By placing your order, you grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you of the date of the account debit at least one banking day in advance (so-called prenotification). A banking day is any working day except Saturdays, public holidays, and December 24 and 31.
The account will be debited before the goods are shipped.
PayPal
To pay via PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction.
The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after placing the order.
PayPal may offer additional payment methods to selected customers. We have no influence over these options.
Apple Pay
To pay via Apple Pay (Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA), you must use the Safari browser, be registered with Apple, have Apple Pay activated, and confirm the payment.
The transaction is completed immediately after placing the order.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal as described in the cancellation policy.
No voluntary right of withdrawal is granted to businesses.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
For businesses, the following also applies:
We retain ownership of the goods until all claims arising from an ongoing business relationship have been settled in full.
8. Warranty and Guarantees
8.1 Liability for Defects
Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, statutory liability for defects applies.
Limitations do not apply to claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents in cases of:
- injury to life, body, or health
- intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
- breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations)
- guarantee commitments (if agreed)
- applicability of product liability law
For businesses, the limitation period for defect claims for newly manufactured goods is one year from the transfer of risk.
8.2 Guarantees and Customer Service
Information about any additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the respective product or on specific information pages in the online shop.
9. Liability
We are fully liable for damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents in cases of:
- injury to life, body, or health
- intentional or gross negligence
- guarantee commitments (if agreed)
- product liability law
In case of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.
Any further liability for damages is excluded.
10. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
11. Final Provisions
If you are a business, German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
